SkyCrown cashback: three myths first

15%cashback max

Real cashto balance

Myth one: cashback is paid on all your losses. It is not. Only losses on a day when you also made a deposit count, and an old balance generates nothing.

Myth two: cashback is a bonus with wagering like the welcome pack. It is not that either. It lands as real cash, and 1x wagering means betting the amount once before it can be withdrawn.

Myth three: the rate goes up with how much you play this month. The rate depends on your total deposits over the life of the account, from 3% at Casual to 15% at Legend, and it never resets.

With those cleared up, the rest is arithmetic. If you want offers that need a code instead, see SkyCrown code list.

The base: deposits minus balance minus withdrawals

SkyCrown publishes the formula: eligible deposits minus remaining balance minus withdrawals. The result is your cashback base, and your level's percentage of it is credited the next calendar day.

Worked example at Bronze, 4%. You deposit A$150 and A$100 on a Thursday, withdraw nothing, and finish with A$20. Base: A$250 − A$20 − 0 = A$230. Cashback: A$9.20 on Friday. Had you withdrawn A$100 that evening instead, the base would be A$130 and the cashback A$5.20.

Deposits on the same day are added together, and a zero or negative base pays nothing.

Seven levels, set by lifetime deposits

The levels are by lifetime deposits, so they only go up.

Casual, A$25–749: 3%, or free spins when the amount is under A$2. Bronze, A$750–2,999: 4%. VIP Silver, A$3,000–14,999: 5%. VIP Gold, A$15,000–104,999: 7%. VIP Platinum, A$105,000–224,999: 10%. VIP Diamond, A$244,500–815,000: 12%. VIP Legend, from A$815,000: 15%.

The published table has a hole between A$225,000 and A$244,499. If you ever sit in that range, ask support which rate they apply. The level table on the cashback page also marks your current level and shows the deposit total needed for the next one, so you always know where you stand.

Real cash, 1x: what that means in practice

Cashback goes to your balance as cash, not as bonus money. With 1x wagering, a A$9.20 credit needs A$9.20 of bets, then it can be withdrawn like any deposit.

That makes it the easiest money to release at SkyCrown, as a side-by-side with the other offers shows:

OfferCodeWageringDeadline
Daily cashbackNone1x, real cashNone stated
Wheel of Fortune cash prizeWHEEL110xActivate in 1 day, wager in 7
Midweek Magic 50% bonusWED35x bonus + spin wins7 days
Welcome deposit bonusCLASSY to SKYMAX40x bonus + spin wins14 days

Two limits remain. First, the general rule that every deposit must be wagered three times before a withdrawal still applies to the money you deposited. Second, at Casual a cashback under A$2 can come as free spins rather than cash, and the cashback terms do not say which game those spins are on or how they are wagered.

So a small player sees cashback mostly as a few dollars back on a bad day. A Gold player with A$2,000 of net losses across qualifying days in a week gets about A$140 back. Useful, but nowhere near enough to make losses profitable. That is not what it is designed to do.

Weekly live cashback: what is published

The promotions page lists Weekly Live Cashback at 10% for live casino games, separate from the daily casino cashback. The full terms for it were not on the public pages we checked, so we cannot say how the base is calculated or which day it is paid.

If you play live tables, ask support for the rules in writing before counting on it. For pokies players, the daily cashback is the one that applies.

Four signs cashback is working against you

Cashback is a small refund on losses you would have had anyway. It turns harmful when it starts changing how you play. Each sign below means the promotion is steering your decisions instead of the other way round, and that is the moment to set a deposit limit or take a few days off.

The same-day rule makes the first sign the likeliest. Yesterday's balance never qualifies, so on a losing evening the only route to cashback is a fresh deposit, and the offer is built to reward exactly that. If one of these sounds familiar, Gambling Help Online is free on 1800 858 858.

  1. 01

You deposit on a day you had not planned to, just so that the day's losses qualify.

  2. 02

You avoid withdrawing in the evening because a withdrawal would reduce the next day's cashback.

  3. 03

You count the cashback as part of your budget, so the budget quietly grows by 3–15%.

  4. 04

You are depositing more to reach the next level. Gold needs A$15,000 in lifetime deposits.

Players on SkyCrown cashback and loyalty

TTrudi K. · AU · Sep 2024★★★★☆

Gets a weekly cash bonus and free spins and likes the VIP extras. Some payouts arrived the same day, and the slower weekend ones are put down to the bank.

NNick R. · AU · Apr 2025★☆☆☆☆

Says a large payout never reached the e-wallet and about A$1,200 was lost in a dispute over which providers' games counted for cashback.

SSyriamber · NZ · May 2024★★★★☆

First closed the account because loyalty rewards needed extra wagering and a manual request. After an apology from the casino, the rating went up to four stars.

Player reviews from Trustpilot, paraphrased. October snapshot: TrustScore 1.6, 335 reviews, with withdrawals the most common complaint.

SkyCrown FAQ

Is SkyCrown cashback paid on weekends?

The terms describe a daily calculation and next-day credit without excluding weekends. Saturday's play is calculated at the end of Saturday and credited on Sunday.

Does a winning day reduce my cashback?

Yes. Any balance left at the end of the day is subtracted from your deposits, so a winning day usually gives a zero base and no cashback.

Can I get cashback and a bonus on the same day?

The cashback terms do not exclude bonus days. But bonus funds and wagering complicate the base, so ask support if both matter to you.

What is the highest cashback at SkyCrown?

15% at VIP Legend, which needs lifetime deposits of A$815,000. Most players sit on 3% at Casual or 4% at Bronze, and 5% on Silver is the first VIP rate.

Why did I get free spins instead of cashback?

At the Casual level, a cashback below A$2 may be paid as free spins instead of cash. That is in the terms.
